OUR STEEL FRAMING SERVICES
Wall frames
We manufacture durable steel wall framing to the highest quality—down to the finest detail. Each component is rolled, punched and cut to the exact millimetre. Each screw head fits seamlessly into the frame.
The strength of our steel framing means no additional bracing or cyclone rods are required. Time and money are also saved on downstream tradespeople with additional noggins for high walls that match your cladding profile. We offer 75mm and 90mm wall frames.
Floor systems
Find the right floor system for your project. Our unique open webbed system provides easy access and allows for larger clear spans than conventional floor systems, making it perfect for second story levels. For single or double story, commercial, and mezzanine projects, we also manufacture a purlin floor system.
All floor systems provide long-term protection against corrosion with hi-tensile galvanised steel purlins. Our experts will work closely with you to design the best solution for your requirements.
Roof systems
Make your onsite build faster, easier, and more cost-effective with roof systems featuring lightweight, strong steel. Our experts create a broad range of roof systems using our truss design, including gable, gable eave, Dutch gable, hip and skillion roofs. We also specialise in raked roof systems and verandah systems.
Planning a large open space? The truss design and strength of the steel we use covers large areas without requiring supporting columns or load bearing walls.

Engineering certification
Our certification service follows strict processes to confirm your solution is compliant and in line with relevant building regulations. We can provide an Engineers Design Certificate (Form 15) from an independent structural engineer prior to manufacturing for presentation to Council for approval to build. An Engineers Frame Certificate (Form 16) can also be organised on request.
