We are experts in modular housing bases, building hundreds of bases per year for various clients in South East QLD. Have a modular housing project but not a base design? No problem! We have a set of standard base designs that are pre-engineered with lifting points that are ready to go. Our standard base also allows for bathroom set-downs which means they can be widely adopted in many different modular housing applications.Â
