Easy and efficient installation

Our steel frame pre-fabrication and modern fixing techniques make construction simple. The lightweight nature of steel allows easy handling on site, while the inherent strength of Besteel frames eliminates the requirement of cyclone rods in the construction process. All components are clearly identified to ensure correct erection sequence, with pre-punched service holes for entry of all your plumbing and electrical needs.

Rust Proof

The Truecore steel in our solutions has a protective zinc/aluminium coating. This gives it excellent durability, and is backed by Truecore’s 50-year warranty. Having an extra layer of protection is also important for less exposed internal building frames. For example, at drill holes and cut edges, the coating protects the exposed steel edge against corrosion, along with nylon grommets for protection in electrical and plumbing service holes.

Termite proof

Steel is impervious to termite attack and qualifies as a termite resistant material under the Building Code of Australia (BCA). The BCA states that if you build with a steel frame, you do not have to install physical or chemical barriers. The reality is that steel framing provides in-built structural protection for homes and commercial projects. Steel framing is a popular choice nationwide, with interest rapidly growing since the ban on organochlorine soil treatments from July 1995.
